Today my parents celebrate their 35th wedding anniversary. For the first time in my career, I got to take photos for them. What better way to document 35 years of commitment? We laughed so much throughout this session. It was a treat to see my parents flirt and joke around with one another. I realize how precious & sacred this type of relationship is in our world these days. I’m eternally grateful for the foundation my parents laid out & continue to lay out for me in terms of marriage. Not only through their relationship with one another, but through their parenting and friendships as well. I cherish them…they are my heart!
Here’s to 35 more years! Happy Anniversary, Mom & Dad. I love you!
I really can’t say enough about these two. I’ve had the privilege of photographing their engagements, bridals, wedding, extended families, newly married days & now their journey to parenthood. I mean, these two are absolutely gorgeous so my job is pretty simple: capture what they do so naturally & it all pieces together beautifully.
Baby girl, Bethani, decided to make her grand entrance into the world on Wednesday (a month early!) I can’t wait to meet her.
Congrats Wins & Soni! I look forward to the newborn session
My boyfriend, Tyler, and I visited Nashville for the first time in our lives this month. So many great recommendations were given to us but everyone insisted that Franklin, TN was a must. I’m so glad we took the advice! Franklin is a dreamy little town, straight out of a movie. We had a lot of fun antiquing & eating around town. My beautiful cousin, Amy, asked if I would capture her sweet family so they drove up from Brentwood & met us in Franklin. It had been too long since I’d gotten to see them. I had yet to meet their sweet, 6-year-old Ava! She is such a gorgeous little girl and made my job super easy. She is such a natural! Luckily, the leaves were still vibrant with color too. Afterward we went to dinner and Amy & Jay showed us around downtown Nashville. We had so much fun! Thank you Amy & Jay for your hospitality! I look forward to our future trips to Tennessee!
